步驟

- 把步驟 2 的混合液倒入烤盤。一個杯子大約會裝 1/3 至 1/2 滿。
- 放入烤箱烤 15 分鐘。餅皮會逐漸膨脹。
- 把烤盤拿出烤箱,靜置一分鐘。
- 餅皮縮小後,放入水果和蜂蜜,就可以享用啦!

Ingredients (for 6 cups)
- All purpose flour – 1/4 cup
- Milk – 1/4 cup
- Egg – 1
- Butter – 1 tbsp
- Vanilla extract – 0.5 tsp (or ground cinnamon – 1 tsp)
- Canola oil spray
- Fruit of your choice (berries, mango, etc.)
- Honey

- A 6-cup muffin pan
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Blend the flour, milk, egg, butter, vanilla extract (or ground cinnamon) well.
- Spray some canola oil on the muffin pan.
- Pour the mixture into the cups. Each cup should be 1/3 to half full.
- Bake for 15 minutes. Pancakes will gradually inflate.
- Remove the pan from the oven and leave it for 1 minute.
- After the pancakes deflate, place the fruit in them and add some honey. Then enjoy!
