水果杯杯 | Fruit Cups




這是一個超簡單又好吃的點心,一定要做做看!
除了預熱烤箱的時間因人而異,所有步驟都可以在30分鐘內完成唷!


材料 (6 份)
  • 中筋麵粉 – 1/4 杯
  • 鮮奶 – 1/4 杯
  • 蛋 – 1 顆
  • 奶油 – 1 大匙
  • 香草精 – 0.5 小匙 (或肉桂粉 – 1 小匙)
  • 噴霧式芥花油
  • 水果
  • 蜂蜜

特殊器材


  • 六杯式的杯子蛋糕烤盤

步驟
  1. 預熱烤箱至 375°F (190°C)。
  2. 將麵粉、鮮奶、蛋、奶油、香草精 (或肉桂粉) 混合均勻。
  3. 在烤盤上噴薄薄一層油。
  4. 把步驟 2 的混合液倒入烤盤。一個杯子大約會裝 1/3 至 1/2 滿。
  5. 放入烤箱烤 15 分鐘。餅皮會逐漸膨脹。
  6. 把烤盤拿出烤箱,靜置一分鐘。
  7. 餅皮縮小後,放入水果和蜂蜜,就可以享用啦!

  • All purpose flour – 1/4 cup
  • Milk – 1/4 cup
  • Egg – 1
  • Butter – 1 tbsp
  • Vanilla extract – 0.5 tsp (or ground cinnamon – 1 tsp)
  • Canola oil spray
  • Fruit of your choice (berries, mango, etc.)
  • Honey

Special tools
  • A 6-cup muffin pan

Directions
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Blend the flour, milk, egg, butter, vanilla extract (or ground cinnamon) well.
  3. Spray some canola oil on the muffin pan.
  4. Pour the mixture into the cups. Each cup should be 1/3 to half full.
  5. Bake for 15 minutes. Pancakes will gradually inflate.
  6. Remove the pan from the oven and leave it for 1 minute.
  7. After the pancakes deflate, place the fruit in them and add some honey. Then enjoy!
