夏季抗氧化甜品,自己動手做!
據說奇亞籽是古代阿茲提克和馬雅戰士的超級食物,
雖然我吃了以後並沒有變成神力女超人,
但每次吃完都覺得精神不錯,心情也會愉悅好幾個小時XD
最重要的還是奇亞籽的營養成分,
讓人吃得開心又安心,誰說點心只會讓人變胖變不健康?
材料 (2 份)
- 奇亞籽 – 1/4 杯
- 牛奶 – 1~1.5 杯
- 抹茶粉 – 2 小匙,或依口味調整
- 蜂蜜 – 1~2 大匙,或依口味調整
- 莓果 – 適量
步驟
- 把奇亞籽和牛奶、抹茶粉攪拌均勻。
攪拌前可先用一點點溫水將抹茶粉泡開,避免它在牛奶中結塊。
這個階段可以加入一點點蜂蜜,也可以等吃的時候再加。 - 放入容器後靜置一段時間,直到凝固成果凍狀。
這個階段花的時間不一,有時一個小時內就完成,有時需要數個小時。
我通常會把它放在室溫中大約 20 分鐘,觀察一下,再放進冰箱。 - 要吃的時候再放上莓果、淋上蜂蜜,就可以享用啦!
*奇亞籽布丁可以做成很多口味,
例如把牛奶換成椰奶 (液體 : 奇亞籽 = 4:1 或 5:1),莓果換成芒果,
也很好吃喲!

It is said that chia seeds were ancient Aztec and Mayan warriors' super food.
Although I've never become Wonder Woman after eating the seeds,
I do feel energetic and cheerful for a couple of hours.
The most important thing is the nutrients of chia seeds make having desserts health-beneficial.
So lets make a chia seed pudding yourself!
Ingredients (for 2)
- Chia seeds – 1/4 cup
- Milk – 1~1.5 cup
- Matcha powder – 2 tsp, or to taste
- Honey – 1~2 tbsp, or to taste
- Mixed berries – to taste
Directions
- Blend the chia seeds with milk and matcha powder, stir well.
You can dissolve the matcha powder in a little warm water beforehand to prevent lumps in the cold milk.
You can add some honey in this step, or you can wait until you're going to eat the pudding. - Pour the mixture into prepared glass containers. Wait until the seeds soak in the milk.
The soaking time varies. Sometimes it takes less than an hour, while sometimes it takes a few hours.
I usually leave the containers at room temperature for about 20 minutes for observation, then put them in the fridge. - Add the mixed berries and honey on top before eating, then enjoy!
*You can always create different flavors of chia seed pudding.
For example, replace milk with coconut milk (liquids : chia seeds = 4:1 or 5:1),
and use mango instead of mixed berries.
